Hvala ekipi in vsem sodelujočim!

And we started another working year. We were already working so hard that we couldn't even tell you about it. But still, for the project that happened recently this is necessary. During our project Secrets of independent film production and after a working end of the year 2013, we finally found some time to make something in our own production again. The film called Busker.
The short film Busker is a film that talks about solidarity in a time which is usually called the time of crisis.
Getting better and better from a project to project, this is what we strive for from the beginning. And for this project we tried something new, for the first time we collaborate with Bright Visuals crew, whose fans, we must confess, we've been for a long time. It was also the first time that we collaborate with professional actors, mister Evgen Car and Jure Ivanušič joined us for this projeKsenija Vidic that played the main character in film, was not an actress at all, the character of Vesna was her first filmed role. But she took her part very professionally and nobody noticed that she was standing in front of the camera for the first time. The character of the son Tim was played by Tevž Rogina, our rising star from our workshop, and the character of the cashier was played by Petra Bauman. And also lot of extras joined us on the set.
The crew of 20 people (without extras) was able to shoot a 7 minutes long film in only one shooting day of 15 hours, which is a big success, because in one shooting day we are usually able to shoot around three pages of the scenario, which is a 3 minutes long part of a film, so Busker is a new record for us! All credits for that go to a great team which actually consisted of a lot of different people, but still, we worked very well together. We also have to congratulate all actors for their concentration that last all day long.
Although we have big shopping centres in almost every village, it was really hard to find one that was willing to let us filming for so long. And we chosen town Laško with its shop Laščanka, where they were kind enough to let us film. Thanks also to Pizzeria Špica & Šmocl who were kind enough to helped us make this film come true.
So of course, a big thank you to the crew and all other participants!
